What can we say : stunning example of a classic, cherished and well maintained one owner from new 20ft x 8ft iso workshop container sprayed in green. This unit has a 32a appliance inlet power connection plug fitted and is complimented with lighting and sockets.

Enter the unit through the standard double doors and secondary bulkhead double door secured with a union 3 lever mortice and enter a world of possibilities or either a great “man cave” where woodworking or mechanics skills can be practiced, this unit comes complete with stainless steel workbench, plate steel spanner and wrench rack, extensive shelving. .. and the floor has been reinforced with 4mm cheque plate mild steel (needs some TLC and a brush of paint) … this unit will not hang about, first to see will buy at the unbelievable low price of £1,995.00+vat.

Workshop Containers and Container Conversions which may have been carried out by a less reputable supplier which may look fine in images may have hidden problems that are not obvious on pictures or indeed consciously disclosed to a prospective purchaser ! like damage to old container floors / floor joists or dented roofs for instance which are renowned for being neglected or getting damaged, which will affect the long term integrity of a building that may look fine on images (some portable building, a/v site cabin and container businesses would be happy to palm off an inferior shipping container conversion to unsuspecting buyers under the umbrella of “Sold As Seen” we don’t like this approach.

Please note: when we are asked to supply a bespoke workshop container conversion we generally only use either “brand new” (or) immaculate condition “i.e. workshop containers without damage or dents to the roof or main body”, so please make arrangements to visit us to look into your plan, and discuss the practicality of your ideas and what our conversion schedule looks like and to give you an idea of the time and costs involved before we proceed with a full quotation.

• TO BUY A BESPOKE SHIPPING CONTAINER / RENTAL or HIRE :

A/ If you are buying a new or pre used portable office building, anti-vandal cabin, shipping container or container conversion then unless we have extensive trading history and you are an account holder we will take full payment prior to delivery of the unit/s you wish to purchase.

B/ If you intend to order a bespoke shipping container conversion or portable jackleg office accommodation building then we will advise a build date and take a deposit of no less than 25% of the total purchase value and possibly up to 40% depending on how bespoke the unit ordered is. Full balancing payment will be due prior to delivery.

C/ If you wish to hire equipment, as a first time customer we will take the HIAB Delivery Charge and the first 4 weeks rental in advance, any future rental payments are preferred on standing order to secure the guaranteed hire rate. HIAB Collection Charges will be charged at the end of the hire at the cost charged to us from the haulage contractor.

D/ If you wish to hire equipment and are an existing customer with good trading history you can simply place an order by email and normal 30 day account terms will apply.

• HIAB TRANSPORT | CRANE ASSISTED TRANSPORT :

When you order a bespoke portable building, anti-vandal cabin, container conversion either “for hire” or “to purchase” we need to arrange crane assisted haulage abbreviated as (HIAB Haulage) to transport your building to you locally or across the UK. As a business we “contract in” on your behalf HIAB Haulage from our extensive network of haulage contractors. We do not look to profit from HIAB Haulage, we will source the best rate for each job and simply pass on this cost to our customer. Please see our detailed HIAB Delivery page for more details.
